Water Damage Restoration: Burst Supply Line in a Lake Highlands Kitchen
Before
AfterThe problem: a braided supply line under the kitchen sink let go overnight and ran for six hours before the homeowner caught it. Water had wicked 18 inches up the drywall, saturated the cabinet bases, and started lifting the vinyl plank. We extracted the standing water with truck-mounted equipment, pulled the wet base cabinets, and set up Dri-Eaz dehumidifiers and Phoenix air movers with a daily psychrometrics log so the drying was provable, not guessed. Result: the framing came back to a dry standard in four days, the cabinets were reinstalled, and the homeowner’s adjuster got a complete record with moisture readings, photos, and a scope of loss before a single check was cut.
Fire Damage Restoration: Grease Fire in an Oak Cliff Rental
Before
AfterThe problem: a tenant left oil heating on the stove, and the fire climbed into the vent hood and scorched the upper cabinets before the extinguisher stopped it. Soot had pressed into every porous surface, and the smoke smell traveled through the whole unit. We removed charred materials, cleaned soot from the ceiling and walls with the right chemistry for each surface, and ran B-Air air scrubbers during every work day. Result: the landlord had a unit back on the market in nine days, with a documented record showing exactly what was cleaned, what was replaced, and what the insurance carrier would see line by line.
Mold Remediation: Bathroom Exhaust Leak in a Preston Hollow Primary Suite
Before
AfterThe problem: a bathroom exhaust duct had separated in the attic, so every shower pushed humid air into the ceiling cavity instead of outside. The first sign was a faint musty smell, then a soft spot near the skylight. We set containment under negative pressure, removed the affected drywall and insulation, and cleaned the framing with an antimicrobial process followed by a clearance inspection. Result: the room tested clean, the duct was reconnected and sealed, and the reconstruction went back under a written scope so the homeowner never had to ask what the next number would be.
Water Damage Restoration: Water Heater Failure in a Far North Dallas Garage

The problem: a 50-gallon water heater split at the seam and emptied itself into the garage, soaking shared walls with the dining room on the other side. The water pushed under the baseboard and into the wall cavity, where it sat against the bottom plate. We extracted, cut the drywall to expose the wet framing, and placed Injectidry mats on the interior wall to pull water out of both sides at once. Result: the wall dried in five days, the drywall and baseboard were restored, and the rebuild matched the existing texture so the repair didn’t look like a repair.
Fire Damage Restoration: Electrical Fire in a Mesquite Home Office

The problem: a power strip overloaded and sparked against a bookshelf, igniting a small fire that the homeowner smothered with an extinguisher. The flames were contained, but the smoke damage was everywhere: walls, ceiling, carpet, and a full bookshelf of paper goods that held the odor. We cleaned all surfaces, ran hydroxyl treatment for the odor, and replaced the trim that had charred. Result: the office was back in use within a week, the electrical caused was documented for the adjuster, and the homeowner had a written guarantee on the work for a full year.
